Agreement

By engaging Creative Wave for any project or service, you agree to these terms. Creative Wave is operated by Oscar Searle, based in Wānaka, New Zealand.

Our Services

Creative Wave provides video production, photography, creative direction, and related media services. The full scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A 50% deposit is required before any project commences
• The remaining balance is due on delivery of final files
• All prices are in NZD and exclusive of GST
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly charge

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a licence to use the delivered content for the agreed purpose. Creative Wave retains the right to use any content in our portfolio, showreel, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, any deposit paid is non-refundable. Creative Wave reserves the right to invoice for any work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Liability

Creative Wave's liability is limited to the value of the project fee paid. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered content.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the New Zealand courts.
